 Colin was born in Belfast in 1948, attended Holywood secondary school where he studied Art. He served his apprenticeship in Graphic Design in the studio of the Belfast Telegraph where he studied for nine years. His first one-man show was in Belfast in 1968. Since then he has had numerous exhibitions in John Magees Limited, Walker Gallery, Roy Edwards Fine Arts, as well as Combridge Fine Arts in 1978, 1980, 1986 and 1993. His work has been commissioned by Galleries in London, Chester and Glasgow as well as many private work for companies and collectors alike. Colin's speciality is streetscapes. His prints of Dublin published by Combridge Fine Arts have proved best sellers world-wide since 1980. |
