 Norman Teeling is a graduate of the national college of art and design in Dublin, Ireland where he taught Art in many colleges in Dublin for over 12 years. In 1985 he resigned from his teaching profession to become a background artist and animator in the booming animation industry, headed by Don Bluth Studios. He was also the background artist for Fred Woolf films, who produced many successful T.V. series including "Ninja Turtles", "Zorro" and "Sinbad the Sailor". Norman has ten oil paintings on permanent display in the General Post Office (G.P.O.) that depict the events surrounding "The 1916 Rising" on O'Connell Street Dublin. Norman's interest outside of art is music. Norman is an accomplished guitarist having performed both "Semi" and "Professionally" over a span of 38 years. |
